Annette was wonderful! She booked our cruise and helped us get the ID.me discount. It was not an easy process to get that discount but she worked us through it. She answered all of my questions when booking and promptly returned my phone call when I had questions. I hope all of your representatives are as thorough as she is.

Alecia was very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately NCL cruise line did not have enough employees working and the entire call lasted 1 1/2 hours.
