Sue was an amazing cruise agent from start to finish. She patiently answered all of my questions and made everything easy to understand, especially the details of the Free At Sea package for our NCL Prima booking.Sue went above and beyond by helping me download the NCL app, walking me through my Cruises.com dashboard, and even offering to make sure all my double points are applied so I can use them as onboard credit for my kids. That kind of extra support really stood out.Best of all, she saved me $500 compared to what I was about to book directly with NCL. I was so impressed that I referred a friend, and they ended up booking an ocean view on the same ship with her!I can't wait to book my next cruise with Sue!
