Today we called to try to speak to a supervisor it took 35 minutes to actually get through to somebody and when we did the supervisor was not unable to help us with our request. We feel very frustrated about all the time we spent today to deal with a booking question about our position on the ship that we had booked yesterday. I had great experience with my first booking with Cruises.com not so satisfied with today’s issue.
