I booked on line as I always do. Never a problem.

I changed cruises one year out and was told I would lose less than $200 but int the end I lost $833. I at first was told the insurance I purchased on the previous cruise would transfer to the new cruise but then was told it would not because I had purchased a nonrefundable ticket, but was not told it was non refundable when I purchased it. After this cruise that I have made a down payment on. I will never do business with Cruises.com again.

Our agent was so helpful and answered all our questions. He was patient and seemed genuinely interested in our trip
