Booking experience was great, only reason I gave 4 stars is because it wasn't clear during the booking process why we couldn't book the actual cabin. We had to call to clarify. Other than that it and customer service was great.

First time with you and I cruise a lot but was confused on several counts. Still have some confusion and I've sent two emails but haven't gotten a response. I went to chose a suite and the computer assigned me one. I wanted to chose. I didn't see anywhere that told me not to chose MB but Ma. Thta was disturbing. I called and agent walked me through. Other companies much better explained. I scrolled down and reserved a larger suite. Next issue is I want you to provide transportation form and to the airport but again saw no place that told me to click here. we cruise a lot so not sure if it's you or me
