Not sure where to begin. I booked a cruise to Bermuda through cruises.com making the reservation was easy no complications and made full payment the day after booking the cruise. I received an email with check-in information, etc. I got on to look at the excursions and realized the website showed my reservation had been canceled. I contacted Norwegian and they agreed that the reservation had been canceled but could not tell me why they said, since I booked it through a third-party I would need to contact them which is cruises.com. I contacted cruises.com and spoke with a lady by the name of Janaya Who I will say was beyond helpful.. she spoke with Norwegian and then put me on the line with Norwegian who confirmed that my crew had truly been canceled. The mistake was actually Norwegian‘s mistake because apparently there were two promotion codes applied to my cruise and there should’ve only been one. It was a glitch in Norwegian‘s system. I’m really disappointed in Norwegian customer service and how they handled this however cruises.com customer service was excellent Jenaya did everything she could to try and help me with this cruise, but ultimately I ended up canceling, which was really not my goal. It was very disappointing to have to cancel. Is there any follow up with Norwegian in this?

I appreciated being able to select cabin and (almost) complete booking on-line. However, when there was a problem with the payment, Shannon was extremely helpful in getting it resolved and completing the booking.
