First time booked through you guys. Because of unexpected reason trying to move the cruise two weeks earlier. The spots are definitely available, since we saw it online. You guys are trying to charge us 50% even I don’t canceling completely. I am just trying to move the trip.This is not the way how to build good and long relationship with your clients. We are maybe just one of the clients, but we definitely have a friends and family who can hear good, but also the bad feedback from us. It is your choice. One of our family member will not be able to go with us , but this will be our last time booking through you guys.
