Waiting on the additional details from Carnival Cruise. Helen did support with location of room and accommodations of a king bed with 2 pullmans for our cruise. It did come in about $30 more than what was online but the ease of Helen looking and comparing rooms was worth the little extra.

TaNaejah Williams was very very helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and tell me about options I did not know. She was quick to find information if it was something she had to look up and helped me book my first cruise with Princess.She also gave me the directions I needed to reach the port and get wheel chair help with the San Francisco Port Authority.
