My booking agent Maria was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt in returning my phone calls. She had answers to all of our questions and gave us some tips which would be helpful for sailing. I should say my experience was great.

I was not given my itinerary after I paid. I called again. The customer service said that they were going to send them. I did not receive them yet. This is three hours after.

It was pretty easy I usually use a travel agent however followed directions and bam 😄 I actually did it lol seriously very easy just continued to make sure everything was right
