Agent was very helpful and answered all the questions we had about cruising. This is our fourth cruise and she knew all the in and outs about the cruise and ship we would be on. Exceptional service was provided.

I already knew what cruise I wanted when I called. I spoke with Steven Upton to start the reservation. I was missing the birthdate of my traveler and wanted to check with her about insurance. He also couldn't find that prepaid gratuities were included so he was going to check on that. I emailed within the hour but never heard back. I didn't know his extension so had to call to find him. I left him a voicemail but never got a call back. The next day I called and got Ellie. She was great! She was able to correct my reservation to gratuities promotion and finish it up for me. She was awesome.
