Our customer service rep/travel consultant Vickie was clearly born with wings. Where may I send a bouquet and halo? She made the booking experience simple, indeed, simply joyful. I have never felt more at ease, more confident, in booking a cruise. It was such a delightful experience. I am now a lifelong fan and Cruises.com customer, and am advising all my fellow cruisers (and everyone I know who has not yet considered an adventure by sea!) to make her acquaintance. I tried booking online three times but it wouldn’t finish. I called a customer service representative and booked through him. That was fine but I wanted to pay a deposit now and the remainder by July 31. The service representative said it wouldn’t let me so had to pay in full.
