Your salesperson, Amanda Parks is amazing. She was so helpful in securing my reservation with Next Cruise Casino on Royal Caribbean. Two of your other sales people didn’t know what I was talking about when I explained to them that I wanted to book the cruise I won from the casino on Royal Caribbean in November. Amanda was able to complete the booking. Don’t lose her, knowledgeable people are hard to find. I have used Cruises only for over 20 years and was really disappointed with the service until I got Amanda. My two previous salespeople have either left or I am told there off work indefinitely. How can you complete bookings when agents aren’t available?
