My agent, Daniel, is fabulous. He calls back immediately, answers all my questions, helps me with all my cruise needs and answers. I recommend him to all my friends. He deserves a big raise from CruisesOnly. Hope he stays there a long time.

Cruise consultant was very good but booking backend services are awful. Royal Caribbean and CruisesOnly are not inline with use of Future Cruise Credits. Blaming each other for what appears to be a bait and switch tactic.
