Overall, good. A few computer glitches on NCL's end, so we couldn't book that one but for the MSC cruise in November, all good.

Katrina calls us back as soon as we call telling her we want to book. She always has the information we need, and helps us along the way answering questions. We have used her specifically for well over a decade. She even sends us a note after our cruise to follow up, and asks us questions about room, port, and if we did special dining and how was it. Fantastic.
