Eric was extremely helpful throughout our booking experience. He assisted in correcting problems we had encountered in trying to book aboard our last cruise, ensured that our cruise next credits were properly used, cancelled a future cruise on Carnival that we no longer wanted to go on (due to it's port locations off the Venezuelan coast), booked a new cruise with Norwegian, and ensured that cancellation fees from a previous Norwegian cruise (that we had previously cancelled) were credited back to us, and credited us with a processing fee for the new Norwegian cruise. All these transactions were completed expeditiously and without error. In the process, he learned that one of our Norwegian Latitude accounts was incorrect, and straightened that out as well.
