Linda Ledbetter was very helpful, friendly and understanding.

The website is easy to use. The only issue was, earlier in the process, I attempted to book the guaranteed room but it said there were multiple decks available with rooms in that class. I chose the deck I wanted but it would not let me book. The website said there was a technical issue at the time. I chatted online and found that the issue was that I was attempting to book a guaranteed room after selecting a room that was offerred.
