I contacted Barbara Bahm to book and confirm 2 bookings with Princess. They were somewhat complicated. Barbara handled them expertly and ironed out all the kinks. Additionally, she came into the office on her day off to take care of my reservations. All the way through the process she kept me informed as to the progress. Barbara went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. She expressed her desire to do what is needed to take care of my cruise arrangements even coming into work on a day off. Booked 2 different reservations. 1st one took 2 hours because of computer issues and agent being on hold with Norwegian. 2nd took just over and hour because of a language barrier at Norwegian on a question agent had. More education on how CruiseNext works on Black Friday deals would have been helpful. Overall agents were good, patient and friendly. I always book through cruisesonly!
