From the time I first called until my cruise was booked was approximately four hours. I knew exactly what cruise line/ship/cabin I wanted. I had already looked up the fares (plus port charges, fees and taxes) so I knew how much I should be paying. Nothing seemed to go right. I felt sorry for the travel agent - had never used her before, but my usual TA is on vacation. The Cruisesonly system she was using tried to charge me an extra $600. Thankfully, I stood my ground and RCCL agreed with me on the price. The TA had to copy everything over from the RCCL system to give me the correct fare. Four. Hours. Sheesh!

David Reeder answered the phone immediately. Booking went smoothly as we had the reference number and cabin number we wanted. David handled everything promptly and with professionalism. The only issue, and nothing David could do, is that we were given late dining and are on the wait list for anytime, which is what we want.
