Our agent, Kathy Vause, is always helpful and friendly. We have booked our cruises through her for many years. She is the only one we call.

Have booked with Carleen O'Neil in the past and she is excellent. I like that she knows us well enough to book exactly what we need without wasting a lot of time. I'll continue to use her in the future.

Your agent John Pierce was professional, informative, and friendly. He really went the extra mile to help me book a last minute cruise and contacted the cruise line to fix long standing mistakes with their loyalty account. That alone saved me time and aggravation!

Attendant was helpful.I don't like giving credit card security code over phone. This is a security breach. There should be a link emailed for customers to make payment online, though they are getting assistance from a rep.

We booked on board the ship. I contacted my agent, Desiree Braxton, when I returned home to assure that she received the information. We briefly talked about the trip. No other actions were taken at this time.
