We were unable to complete the booking on the first phone call, but she was kind and helpful and stuck with us through the whole process..... even graciously helped us pay separately (2 girlfriends traveling together) so that we could both get out credit card rewards. For years I have been dealing with Drake Koontz for my cruises. He is wonderful extremely informative, very thorough on recaps and very helpful when problems arise. Consider yourselves lucky to have him as your employee. I say this with knowledge because I worked for Eastern airlines for 25 years…reservations agent, ticket agent, and flight attendant. I must say, the best years of my life!!! Again he is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with.
