Your first rep I spoke with (Nancy something) was either brand new and untrained (didn't know how to process anything) or was just really incompetent. She also disconnected our call not once but twice, so I managed to reach another rep whom we've used before (Dwayne Black) who was able to handle everything in very short order, including processing a previous cancellation credit as well as a credit for insurance from a prior reservation.
