As the last day of the month- CO was very busy with a high volume of calls and Eric made himself available for multiple calls to make our vacation come together. My sisters niece and mother are celebrating my oldest sisters 70th birthday!!! Eric took the time to ensure we were in the cabins of our choice with an excellent location on the ship. He was fun personable and thorough!!! You have a gem! Treat him well and give him a bonus! If he can make 6 women happy- he deserves it!!!
