Promotion said free gratuities with balcony or higher. When booking was made, agent never applied it and it is not indicated anywhere in the receipt. Agent replied that she was working on it but has to wait to apply it. Still has not been applied. I suspect this will be problematic on the cruise. Otherwise, agent was pleasant and helpful.
