The website didn't work and kept returning error messages. I called and never got a call back. Then called again and got transferred two different times. Once I finally got with the agent who booked it, everything was great and he took care of everything promptly and efficiently (no complaints about him at all he was great). I would just be nice to be able to get that done without all the other steps first. They always want to transfer me to Kathleen who did a bunch of bookings for me, but I never get calls back when they do that. Anyone should be able to handle a new booking.
