I have booked at least 6 cruises with your representative Linda Ledbetter and working with her is an absolute delight!Quick to return phone calls and works diligently to get answers if she doesn’t already know. Linda is knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Numerous friends have booked cruises through Linda and have voiced the same level of satisfaction with their experience. If we find a cruise we’re interested in, there’s only one person we call.

Tricia at World Holdings was excellent. She's detail oriented, takes time to explain and found us a great land/sea adventure to Alaska with extra perks by booking early. I have worked with Tricia on previous expeditions and recommend her highly.

I successfully booked one cruise online then immediately proceeded to book another and after entering payment information I received a pop up alert saying an error occurred and that I needed to call a number. I called and got a solicitation for “a free medical alert device.” World Holding fee went through but I waited until the next day and my card was not charged so I called the cruises only number. Spoke to a representative named Sean and he was very pleasant but unable to explain what happened. He said the system showed the reservation was started but not completed due to payment. He proceeded to complete the booking. I asked to be sure that the double points were applied since that promotion ended the night before when I had tried to book .He said he had to request an adjustment for the rewards but wasn’t sure if it would be honored. I’ve always been very happy with cruises only and wait for this promotion to book. I will be very disappointed if this credit is not adjusted. Thank you.
