Once again, Drake provided excellent customer service!! We had never been on the Carnival Jubilee and thought we'd just try an oceanview cabin for a post Thanksgiving sailing. Drake wisely advised that for just a small amount more, we could get a balcony cabin. I discussed all options with my husband that evening and first thing the next morning we booked our cruise. Drake is incredibly thorough in explaining everything and has terrific follow through. He's our favorite travel agent.
