Was effortless

Takia is great. I tried to book by myself online and got to check out but the check out failed and told me to call. The room was locked so we had to wait for Carnival to release the room and then we booked it. It would be VERY HELPFUL is cruise only would add a check box to allow us to book online by ourselves but select our cruise advisor for later customer service. We always try and use Takia to book, but sometimes we need to book and for whatever reason she is not available. Then if we need help with that booking she is not able to help us and we have to speak to generic customer service. Just would be nice to keep it consistent.
