Jennifer is a real gem. Prompt service, professional and attentive to my needs and requests!!!

Overall it was good but I could not find out more about rooms on each deck and pricing for a top shelf liquor (Premier) and choices for nicer dining some evenings? The lady on the chat site quoted some huge amount doubling the price. I just did an Alaskan cruise on Princess and had Premier status with no exuberant price increase.

Carleen is always helpful and knowledgeable.
