The agent (Nicole) was very helpful and knowledgable regarding the cruise and booking options. I was booking from Canada and was a little disappointed that your booking system didn't recognize the Canadian postal code format or syntax. This is a common issue with US booking systems and not the fault of the agent. Given that people are going to be booking from other parts of the world (yes, there is a great big world outside of the US) it would seem prudent for your system to know.
