Liz was absolutely great, no pressure, lots of information, easy to talk to. However, trying to navigate and sign up/register on line has not been the best experience.

The online application was problematic for me and kept kicking me out or just closing. However, when I called and was connected to Kathy she was wonderful and of great help. So online was ho-hum but Kathy was awesome.
