Connor was so courteous and helpful. He made sure the cabin we were booking would meet our needs. He also was also given permission to wave the cancellation fee since he was not the original agent we booked with. Explain your new point system and what we needed to do. Connor also let us know about our future cruise credit with Norwegian since we prepaid part.
I needed to change a room from an interior to an ocean view so I could add a third person to the room. I spoke with William Glisson but it was a nightmare on many levels - incompetence, argumentative, putting me on hold when I asked not to be, and after 1.5 hours the job was not done. I hung up and called back. I got another agent (name not recorded) and she recommended I transfer the room for ~$1900 instead of cancelling and rebooking as a new room for ~$1500. Terrible customer service. At that point I was ready to never book with Cruises Only again. I called back again and asked for a manager and received Jason. He did an amazing job of taking care of me and addressing my concerns. He saved a repeat client.
