Danielle was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. When our booking confirmation came through, she caught they were charging us more than $500 of the quoted price. She quickly had them on the phone and requested an inquiry into the recorded conversation she had with the cruise line agent to prove the original quoted price. Her above and beyond actions and attitude helped us save a bunch of money and increased our loyalty to Cruises Only.
