This is my first time working with Justin and he was wonderful.My biggest issue with Cruises Only is the new "loyalty program" Simply put - it sucks! Too many "points" required to get the smallest of OBC.

Norwegian Cruise lines web site said the cabin we wanted was available, when I called CruiseOnly and talked to Ben he said his computer showed the cabin was not available. When I went back into Norwegians site it showed it was not available. Then When I went in a third time it showed it was available. Ben did an excellent job and called Norwegian to find out what was going on they told him it was available. Thanks to Ben and putting in the extra effort we got the cabin we wanted.

Need to let Celebrity about cruise - it is not included on their site as an upcoming cruise
