Great Experience, Helpful and informative

Ben has provides very good customer service. However, Thursday was a National Holiday and Ben will not return to his office until Sunday morning. My wife and I have some questions regarding our SUNSET SKY SUITE. We requested a port side suite on or adjacent to the Fantail. On Wednesday, we were assigned Suite 11-133. Thursday morning we received an email confirming our booking on The Xcel, The Reserve. Sunset Sky Suite # 8330.We are Not certain that this Suite is Port and on the Fantail.Please contact me with the location of Suite 8330 on The Xcel.Thank You.RegardsGray W Sass

Maritza Lopez constantly goes above and beyond to get us the cruise we want. We are the totally last minute cruisers😂😂. This cruise next month is to Alaska and we are going with a couple that has never cruised and have a few special needs. She told me the things we need to do for a smooth trip. As always, I am glad that I called Melissa at Cruises Only to book our cruise. She found a better choice in cabins than what I had looked at and she always patiently explains each item.
