This Booking was a little crazy and, as usual, Ed took great care of us! Ed has been trying to get our cabin assignments from Princess for several months now. There are 4 of us and, as Viking added some “Freebies” to their Cruise, we decided to cancel Princess and Book with Viking. Ed went the extra mile, on his time off, to contact Viking. He even spent additional time with Viking to try together 2 cabins together on the port side of the ship!!! We now have our cabins on Viking and our previous Princess Cruise is canceled. GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS, ED!!!
