Booking was pretty easy. The only thing was if you made a mistake, you seemed to have to start the process over which made it pretty inconvenient.

Danielle is a gem!!

Proficiency covering concerns and issues

I was never informed you were charging me an extra fee for going thru your site. This is extremely frustrating since I was looking to save money and you costed me extra that I was not prepared for. This seems very dishonest to me & I feel like it should have been disclosed before I was locked in. I also was not asked if I wanted insurance or what level of insurance and was not told I was going to be charged for that. I would have rather gone thru my usual travel insurance company.

Very knowledgeable about the cabins/ship. Provided excellent cost saving ideas.
