Overall not happy. A miscommunication on my original attempt to book caused a few headaches and another misunderstanding on airline coordination caused a major problem costing me over $300 to change air departure one day plus a hotel charge of $280 so several challenges. My last agent I talked to was extremely helpful and got me through this.--Added note: A lady named Angel helped me today after I had to recall you and she was extremely nice and helpful. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due.
