Desiree was great. Very patient and answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of questions.

Overall it was very good.

Phillip Sizemore was confusing and frustrating and charged my card before we were ready.

We go to Barb for all our cruises! She is the best and checks on us frequently. Her attitude, friendliness, and knowledge have been invaluable to my wife and I!

Caity Seals is the best to work with and makes each booking experience so pleasant.

Greg was very easy to work with. He understood our plans and offered great ideas to improve our trip.

The staff we worked with were amazing. Easy to understand and knowledgeable about all aspects of the booking process. That said, some of your online content is a bit chunky. Schedling excursions, for. example... glad that I taught journalism and media, the latter came in handy as I had to work some 'tech magic' to find ways to traverse that secion.

Jean continues to offer great info and takes great care to assure the reservation conformed to all my expressed desires. Thanks for a great job, Jean

Anita Simmons was awesome. This is our second booking through Anita and we greatly appreciate her professional skills and insight she delivers. Thanks Anita.

Luke was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and found me exactly what I was looking for for me and my family.
