Robin was excellent in helping me book my cruise by answering any questions, finding out additional answers, working with ncl, explaining my cruise benefits, and calling me back after having to inquire more details. I didn't write his extension down correctly and Anita looked it up for me. She could have just taken my booking, but was thoughtfulnandna team player. I would work with either one of them again!

Great help from the agent

Mike is such a great person to work with. He’s professional and funny and I enjoy speaking with him and that’s the reason why I keep booking with him. He certainly is knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know he finds out for me
