He will address each and every one of our questions to ensure that we understand the details of the cruise that we are choosing. Should we have a question about a promotion that is being offered and the website is not very clear about the details, he will contact the cruise line to verify the details of the promotion that they are offering. Even when Brian is on vacation, and he knows that we are anxious to book our next cruise, he will call us so that we can obtain the current promotion benefits.
