Brian Piazza is the BEST Travel Agent and as he is absolutely wonderful. He will address each and every one of our questions to ensure that we understand the details of the cruise that we are choosing. We are loyal to Brian and we enjoy working with him and have booked many cruises with him. Should we have a question about a promotion that is being offered and the website is not very clear about the details, he will contact the cruise line to verify the details of the promotion that they are offering. Even when Brian is on vacation, and he knows that we are anxious to book our next cruise, he will call us so that we can obtain the current promotion benefits. Brian is like a family member to us and we throughly enjoy him as our Travel Agent. He is patient and kind as well as knowledgeable. His answers are concise and once we book out cruise, we have a peace that we chose the best cruise and cabin for our upcoming vacation.
