Very good

I now have 3 cruises booked with Cruises Only at this time. I have been with Doc Reynolds for I believe 24 or 25 years. He has booked all but one. That was only because he was out on vacation and wouldn't be back until after the promotion ended and there were limited cabins. I should have waited and taken the chance it would be the same promotion and cabins available. He did take it over and it was smooth sailing from then on. I'm sure at times I drive him crazy and he never complains. We get deals that I overlooked with Doc as well with things always changing. He knows the ships, and ports. I'm pretty sure he keeps a record from clients of the best things they loved about the ships and ports as well. As well as things to avoid. I NEVER hesitate to email him and just give our info on what we want and let him take care of it a little later if he is on the phone or busy. He is as my granddaughter says "The Bestest of the Bestest"! Thank you for having such a great agent on your staff, Debby and Jim Nealon
