My cabin was easy to set up. The additional cabin for my 2, friends is still not set up for the secondary potential passenger. We sail tomorrow. You can imagine my consternation!

Daniel is the best!He helped us to book the cruise and makes us feel special.He is very attentive, knowledgeable and we are happy to work with him.

Carleen is a true gem--always happy to talk with the customer and I think knows more about the reservation systems than the cruise lines do!! Wouldn't think about booking without her!

It would be nice if group travel would have a more streamlined process.

I was lucky to snag this last minute booking, as I checked your website late one night. I had been on the waiting list, but found this before getting any notice from my travel agent, CruisesOnly or Royal Caribbean. I wish your site had a format similar to VTG, rather than having to wade through dozens of cruises with hidden sail dates before finding last minute deals. I actually found this reopened offer (formerly sold out), on VTG, then reverted to CruisesOnly to book it. If it had not been found, I might have gone with another website.
