We have booked a number of cruises with cruisesonly with Ronda Royer, before and during Covid. We’ve been cruising since the early 90’s and Ronda’s was the best agent we’ve used to date, after she left there was no word as to what happened to her if she retired or what ever and you had no buddy to take her place .😢 When we booked this cruise I called and tried to get ahold of Chelsie Catron because we have used her since Ronda left , it was her off day and I thought that the special would be over before I could contact her. I called and got ahold of Raven Seals she was able to take care of us and we booked the cruise. Both agents have done a good job but we miss the excellent service that Rhonda provide.
