I called prior to midnight on Sunday, August 23rd, roughly around 11:45 pm, to book a cruise that all of my family is going on. I'd completed it online but there were no options to pay over time, as there had been before. So I called in for help. I spoke with a wonderful agent named Renee and she assisted me in getting the Royal Caribbean cruise booked.She stated that since we started prior to midnight, she was confident that the included / pre-paid gratuities would still be honored, as they had been in similar situations. I received my confirmation at exactly 12:09 am on 08/24/2026.Today, I called to check the status as I had not heard from Renee. I was told that the promotion would not be honored since ot was booked after midnight.
