My agent, Kelsey Meyers, always does a great job in taking care of my questions, concerns, or bookings in a very timely manner.There are a couple of things that I do not care for with CruisesOnly. I don't like the confirmation email sent right after booking. I don't like having to "click" to go to the booking. I don't like that the email does not have anything in the subject that lets me know what booking it is for. I book many types of trips and I don't like having to go into the email to try to figure out what trip that email is for. If in the subject line you would indicate the booking information - ex. Viking Nov 8 2027 or Insight Vacations Europe Passage it would really help on the customer's end of record keeping. Or, if you would get rid of the first page of the email all together and make it my confirmation page - the one that shows up after you "Click here to review your booking confirmation details". Your format does not make record keeping easy for the client.Another thing - it's time to change the "hold" music. Enough said.I haven't taken advantage of your new rewards program, so I don't have an opinion on that.Thank you, Kelsey. I appreciate all you do.Diane
