The ability to choose date/port/length....is perfect and helps to narrow everything down so easily. My issue is I had a question and messaged and I waited over 5 minutes for a live chat and lost patience, did my own thing and left. I also booked a cruise that had 75% off the 2nd guest, which I think happened but a breakdown with that information on the bill would have been appreciated so I knew exactly what I was saving .

Super easy to use

Harry is always wonderful to work with!! However your new web design is AWFUL!! The bottom where it shows you just the total is NOT ALL THE INFORMATION I want. I want a full breakdown of my fare… now I can’t see it. And sometimes the math ($589 for my cabin, was a total of $1589) did not math!!! WTF? How did you get to that total? I have no idea…. BECAUSE I CANT SEE THE BREAKDOWN! Your “preselected” cabin is confusing! I did not realize there was a little button to change the deck or to look at other cabins. Total CRAP AND CONFUSING AS HELL! We have booked thousands of dollars with your company over the past 20 years but your website makes me want to shop elsewhere!!! The old site was much cleaner and easier to use and I could SEE MY COMPLETE FARE AND CHARGES BEFORE I was forced to enter/re-enter guest information. Total pain in the ass to have to enter guest information to see MY FARE BREAKDOWN!!! Now choosing to shop elsewhere on other sites that are more transparent
