Rachel Hoglin was amazing in getting two rooms books for our 22-day cruise. She was patient with us in dealing with all of our questions and concerns. Rachel was fun and easy to work with even with the effort to find and book connecting rooms. She called us back when she said she would and always had the answers. I booked cruise yesterday and was not told that my cabin was a connecting cabin, talked to Agent today and ask for another ocean view or balcony, nothing available at this time. Not happy with cabin selection and further more not being told about the connecting.
