Linda worked diligently to find a cabin that worked for our needs. It was not easy bc we booked so late. She did not give up. She is professional and efficient.

Nicole was great

Spoke to Ali Mclivenny she was amazing and helpful and informative

Efficient

Linda Ledbetter is fantastic!

Very user friendly..

Once again, Drake provided excellent customer service!! We had never been on the Carnival Jubilee and thought we'd just try an oceanview cabin for a post Thanksgiving sailing. Drake wisely advised that for just a small amount more, we could get a balcony cabin. I discussed all options with my husband that evening and first thing the next morning we booked our cruise. Drake is incredibly thorough in explaining everything and has terrific follow through. He's our favorite travel agent.

I transferred my booking with Carnival to My agent I have used for over 20 years.

great

Kevin was outstanding! Will refer friends to him. We were booking a family vacation for 13 people. He handled everything with ease and explained information in detail. I had no questions. He was perfect!
