Janet is by far the best agent I have worked with. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service is excellent. She responds promptly and is always helpful.The one thing I don’t like is the $24.99 fee but I guess the other agencies have it built in somewhere.Also this new “ point system “. Seems paltry. Does not seem to be very rewarding. Just saying.

WHAT I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT ARE THE VERY NEGATIVE CHANGES TO YOUR REWARDS PROGRAM. I am Diamond and it's no longer worth my time to book with Cruises Only. What little you give me is mostly eaten up by the $24.99 Non-Refundabel booking charge.
