I booked a cruise for this month a year ago and communication with the travel agent was poor. I had to cancel the trip because of unexpected medical emergency and then communication became abysmal. I have rebooked with your company again and a different agent. I received an email with the wrong dates on it and have left 3 voicemail messages for the new agent over 5 days and have not received a call back. Customer service is definitely lacking in your agency and I cannot recommend Cruises only and likely will not use your agency again.
