I am not sure about your new point system. I will try it out but if I don’t like it I may switch to another agency. I will see. I like just seeing how much on board credit I get and I also like getting resort for day and excursion money for every cruise that you usually give me.

I worked with Beth Castle to determine which cruise and cruise date. Unfortunately I got impulsive and booked it directly online, and I'm not sure she got full credit for helping us. This is not the first cruise we've booked through Beth, and it will most certainly not be the last. We are HGVC owners, and have enjoyed our relationship with Cruises Only, so much so that we are continuing to book with Cruises Only instead of trying to go through HGVC. Thanks, Cruises Only (and Beth)!!!

Had booked onboard, so had to get moved over to CruisesOnly. Dave Thompson got it moved and gave me the new rewards program info. Did it professionally and fast.
