Julie Collins is the best. She is so knowledgeable and efficient. We have been using her as our agent for several years and have recommended her to many friends. I was forced to use another agent on a recent cruise and it was not a good experience. You should have a policy that would extend a special until the regular agent is available if we leave a message during the special. Will never use anyone else again.
