It was a breeze. We called knowing pretty much what we wanted, and Courtney was knowledgeable, patient and helped us through the process. I should mention that we have booked many times through Cruises Only and have never had anything less than an easy experience. We would have no reason to consider booking any cruise elsewhere.

Hillarie Wenzel is the best. She works hard to please, is responsive to our requirements (we're fussy), knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. My wife and I enjoy working with her (she does all the work). We wouldn't book cruises (3 or more a year) with anyone else. If Hillarie retires, we'll quit cruising.
