Shanon Williams was a great customer service member. She helped me a great deal with changing of cabin categories and found the right cabins for us at Royal Carribean Cruise. She also helped us with our direct booking process to Disney Cruise line. She did a great jobs for those two bookings with Royal Carribean Cruise and Disney Cruise.
